Self adjusting pressure reducer for gas and beverage - Clamp Mechanism
The pressure reducer for CO2 is used for the production of sparkling water (medium) by adding carbon dioxide (food additive E 290) into tap water.
The pressure reducer for CO2 regulates the pressure from the CO2 high pressure cylinder 1:1 to the level of the inlet water pressure, so that the ratio of water pressure and CO2 outlet pressure is stabilized.
Depending on the variant, the pressure reducer for CO2 is equipped with an ACME thread adapter or with a colored quick-release lever.
The pressure reducer for CO2 is equipped with a safety valve which opens at a pressure of 12 bar to release CO2 in case of over-pressure.
