Ingredients
FOR 1 DRINK
Mixed Berries
Fresh Basil Leaves
Crushed ice
2.5cl Fresh Lemon Juice
1.5cl Honey Syrup
10cl Sparkling Water
Preparation
1. Add berries and basil to a shaker
2. Gently crush to release juices and aromas
3. Add lemon juice and honey syrup
4. Fill with ice and shake well
5. Strain into a glass with fresh ice, removing solids
6. Top with soda water and stir lightly
Garnish
with fresh berries and a basil sprig
